Built by restaurant people, for restaurant people
Tyme started as one restaurant's frustration with third-party platforms. We were paying thousands in commissions, juggling five tablets, and had zero visibility into our own customers. So we built something better.
Today, Tyme is a complete restaurant operating system — built in Greenwich, Connecticut, tested in a real kitchen, and designed for restaurants that want to own their business.

Our Story
From one restaurant to a platform
2024
The frustration
Paying $3,000/month in delivery commissions. Five tablets behind the counter. No idea who our customers were. We knew there had to be a better way.
2025
Building the solution
We built a custom ordering system for one restaurant: consumer iOS app, responsive website, admin dashboard, and API backend. It worked. Delivery commissions dropped by 25%.
2026
Tyme is born
We generalized the system into a platform any restaurant can use. Added POS, dine-in QR, Tap to Pay, kitchen display, loyalty, and multi-store management. Tyme launched.
Beyond
The future
Reservations, kiosk mode, delivery fleet management, more language support, and deeper analytics. We're building the operating system restaurants deserve.
